It’s time to make plans for summer workouts! And the plan is this. Six weeks of Boot Camp. You choose the weeks that work for you and during that week we go hard—three workouts that cover all the bases:
Mondays: strength workout using a variety of techniques in my home studio
Wednesdays: cardio endurance (walk, jog, run, or even bike) at Prairie Park Fishery (weather permitting)
Thursdays: core and flexibility training following my standard Long & Strong class format back in my home studio.

NOTE: All Boot Camps are currently 6:00am but if you are one who would like a 8:00am or 9:00am, let me know! I’m totally open to adding other time options if I know there is interest.
