It’s time to make plans for summer workouts and the plan is this: Six weeks of Boot Camp. You choose the weeks that work for you and during that week we go hard—three workouts that cover all the bases:

Mondays: a strength workout using body weight, light weights, and resistance bands

Wednesdays: a cardio endurance workout (walk, jog, or run) at Prairie Park Fishery (weather permitting)

Thursdays: acore and flexibility training workout following my standard Long & Strong class format

NOTE: All Boot Camps are currently 6:00am but if you’d like to see an 8:00am or 9:00am offering, let me know! I’m open to adding other time options if I know there is interest.
